Local Human Resources Professionals Earn EQ-i 2.0 Facilitator Certification

SHRM Guam Chapter partnered with OKA Emotional Intelligence Company on April 10 & 11 for a “Train the Trainer” Certification Workshop. OKA’s President & Principal Consultant, Hile Rutledge, MSOD, conducted the  workshop and attendees who completed and passed the program will be able to train EQ-i program.
