In a 5 to 4 majority, the US Supreme Court overturned a law that denied federal benefits to same sex couples.  In a separate earlier ruling,  the Supreme Court upheld PPACA, commonly known as Obamacare.  The Government of Guam recently announced that domestic partners are now eligible for health insurance coverage.
