    John is the Director of HR and Corporate Development for the Citadel Pacific Ltd. His forte is in Human Capital Innovation through Agile Leadership Transformation and Organizational Development, specializing in Emotional Intelligence, Personality Type, and Strategic Talent Capacity Building. He is Guam's first and only MBTI Master Practitioner/Certified Step III Practitioner, Entrepreneurial Mindset Profile (EMP) Founding Practitioner and was among the first Emotional Intelligence certified Guam practitioners.  John holds a doctorate in Organization and Management, with a specialization in leadership and numerous other professional credentials.
