    Program Overview

First Session - Mental Health Talk: Recovering from COVID 19

Description: Manggaige Ham means "We Are Here," a project focused on the behavioral, emotional, and cognitive effects of the COVID-19 disaster — a crisis that's possibly impacted us in more ways than any disaster in a generation.

The year ahead will require empathy, observation, expanded insight, and a desire to help fellow survivors — especially from leaders like you.

We'll introduce information and awareness strategies to address the emotional needs of a recovering workplace or engage your traumatized workforce.

Guam's recovery depends on our peoples' wellbeing. As employers, you are essential in making mental health part of that recovery.

We hope this session is only the beginning of Guam Behavioral Health and Wellness Center's Manggaige Ham project outreach to you and your businesses.

    Your GBHWC Speakers are:

    Carlo Cariño, Project Director

    Seahara Cruz, Team Leader

    Vance Paet, Trained Crisis Counselor
