    Program Overview

With a focus on professionals in Human Resource Management, Joe will discuss best-practice recommendations and review some simple activities to assist in the following areas:

NOTE: Objectives below have purposely been written in "plain speak" / "hallway talk" to promote engagement, to be more relatable and for easier understanding.

Our HR team constantly has so many projects that we need to deliver but resourcing is limited. What's the best delivery strategy that our HR team can use to help us realize maximum benefits and value as quickly as possible despite our few resources?
CONCEPT TAGS: Benefits Realization, HR Strategic Delivery, Limited Resourcing, Identifying Value

How can we understand and prevent employee resignations that are caused by over-allocation?
CONCEPT TAGS: Resource Allocation, Over-Allocation, Common Enterprise Resources, Enterprise Resource Management

OPTIONAL BASED ON TIME/AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT: We've sent many resources to project management training, they've completed it, but they're still not able to deliver projects effectively and efficiently. Why is "project management training" not so effective and what is the best way to develop a resource's project delivery skill set?
CONCEPT TAGS: Project Management Training, Learning Project Management, Applying Project Management Concepts

OPTIONAL BASED ON TIME/AUDIENCE ENGAGEMENT: Building off of #3 above, we were successful in building a single resource's project delivery skill set, now what is a recommended strategy to develop and build project delivery skill sets across the enterprise?
CONCEPT TAGS: Developing Enterprise Project Management Skill sets, Project Management Training, Learning Project Management, Applying Project Management Concepts

After Joe presents the activities and content on the objectives above, Prugresu Strategic Coaching is donating the remaining time for Q&A to help address more-specific and unique situations of SHRM members. We recommend to prepare any questions related to P3M or delivery management for Joe to address in the session.
