SHRM Guam Chapter graciously invites Dianna Gould, SPHR, CAE from SHRM National. As a visiting presenter and a Field Director, Ms. Gould will share insights on how to energize and engage employees. In this session, you will explore key research findings on the role of inclusion as a driver of job satisfaction and employee engagement. You will look at real-world examples of how organizations with inclusive cultures are attracting, engaging, and retaining talent and transforming their organizations into great places to work.
