Please join us at the SHRM Guam Chapter’s Annual Conference at the Dusit Thani Resort Guam Royal Ballroom. This year’s theme is about enhancing your fluency in the languages of leadership, which focuses on the characteristics and competencies needed to be a more effective (HR) leader.

Dr. Julie Felker, a Faculty Affiliate and Senior Organizational Development Consultant to the William Davidson Institute at the University of Michigan, and a Professor of Human Resource Management at the Zagreb School of Economics and Management, where she is also Academic Co-director of the MBA and Executive MBA Programs in Human Resource Management.
The Languages of Leadership is very diverse. No one theory or model can predict effective leadership, nor is there a particular trait or behavior that ensures leadership success. Yet the best leaders often do have common characteristics and competencies.
