Beyond #MeToo . . . Putting Your Sexual Harassment Knowledge Into Practice
The #MeToo movement has renewed attention on sexual harassment in the workplace. In
light of the #MeToo movement, last year, the SHRM Guam Chapter provided a sexual
harassment review. In this interactive session, the presenters will be discussing and
reviewing case scenarios to reinforce your knowledge of the law and your company’s
obligations to prevent sexual harassment in your workplaces. Through the review of case
scenarios, we will discuss possible legal implications as well as best practices from a
human resources perspective.
A panel discussion will be led by Dana A. Gutierrez, Esq., Of Counsel at Calvo Fisher &
Jacob LLP, Rose Ayuyu Morales, Vice President of Human Resources for GTA, and Joann
W. Muna, the Chief Human Resources Administrator for the Guam Community College.
