SHRM Guam invites you to attend the SHRM Monthly Meeting held on the first Wednesday of every month.
Join us at the next SHRM Luncheon Round Table Discussion on Wednesday June 6, 2012. We will be discussing some trends regarding employment laws related to sexual harassment, whistle blowers, disability under the ADA and wage and hour.
We will also present scenarios regarding Pay Practices, Terminations,Social Media and American Disabilities Act-as amended. This will be an interactive session for all involved.
Mr. Frank Campillo will give brief remarks before the beginning of our Round Table Discussion to talk about Medical Loss Ratio Refunds-under the Health Care Reform Law--The employers' responsibilities and options regarding the use of the portion of the money to be refunded which will include distribution among their insurance enrollees/subscribers taking effect on June 1st, 2012.
