    SHRM Guam invites you to our 2nd Breakfast Briefings of 2026 “Succession and Success: Recruitment and Retention in Action". Our esteemed speaker for this event is Meg Tyquiengco, founder of Energetic Presence & Creative Energy. 

    Organizations don’t thrive by accident—they thrive because they plan for the future while strengthening the present. This session explores how intentional recruitment, thoughtful retention strategies, and proactive succession planning work together to build a resilient, high‑performing workforce.

    Attendees will examine practical tools, real‑world examples, and document their own leadership journey and success planning that can help leaders attract the right talent, keep their best people engaged, and ensure continuity in critical roles.

    Rather than treating recruitment, retention, and succession as separate HR functions, this session shows how they form a unified talent strategy that supports organizational stability, culture, and long‑term success.

    Registration and Payment Policy:

    This meeting has limited seating and will be on a first-come, first-served basis. Attendees are required to register and pre-pay prior to the event to secure a seat. The last day to register is March 16th, at 5:00 PM.

    All pre-payments may be made by credit card, check, or exact cash. We encourage attendees to make advance payments for a swift entry on the day of the meeting.

    Cancellation Policy:
    The last day to cancel is March 17th, by 12:00 Noon. All cancellations and registration modifications must be made through CVENT. To cancel or update your registration, please refer to your registration confirmation email, where you will find a link to modify and cancel your registration below. Cancellations may also be submitted in writing to shrm.guam.chapter@gmail.com.

    Members who RSVP but do not attend and fail to cancel by the deadline will be billed the full amount:
