We’re Back and Better in 2026!

SHRM Guam invites you to kick off our powerful Breakfast Briefings in 2026 with our annual session dedicated to “Creating a Respectful Workplace: Preventing Harassment and Promoting Inclusion. Our esteemed speaker for this event is our VP of Legislative Affairs, Attorney Genevieve P. Rapadas of Calvo Jacob and Pangelinan, LLP.

Elevate your organization’s commitment to fostering a workplace where every individual is treated with respect and dignity. We recognize the importance of equal employment opportunities and the prevention of unlawful discriminatory practices, especially harassment.   Please join us for this informative briefing on February 18th from 8:30am to 11:30am at the Dusit Thani Resort Guam.

By the end of the workshop, participants will:

    • Understand the full scope of workplace harassment (including microaggressions and hostile work environments).
    • Recognize legal obligations under local federal law.
    • Learn practical strategies for prevention and intervention.
    • Gain confidence in reporting and handling complaints.
    • Develop skills to foster an inclusive and respectful culture

BONUS – You will receive an Anti-harassment policy template

We know that it is especially challenging for many businesses and organizations to stay up to date with legal compliance because Employment Law is constantly evolving and in-house counsel can be costly. SHRM Guam wants to support you so that you can feel ahead of the curve when it comes to compliance and training.

Don’t miss this opportunity to enhance your knowledge and contribute to a safer, more inclusive workplace.
