SHRM Guam invites you to attend our next Breakfast Briefing for 2024, an interactive session on 'Leadership from Within,' facilitated by Meg Tyquiengco, Personal and Professional Development Success Coach and Trainer.     

Leadership is a behavior—no title is required. We all lead others in some form or fashion, but responsibility and care for others comes with a title.  Consciously or not, past and current leaders create the organization’s culture that drives engagement and results, and it starts from within.

By remembering and accepting that people are massively human, leaders must embrace their self-leadership journey to connect with others on a new level that makes them more adept at providing a work environment that implicitly appreciates the humanity of others - the kind of ideal workplace in which purpose, motivation, and productivity are all tied together.

When you, the unique, authentic leader, show up, you inspire and empower others to do the same. During this interactive session, we will focus on the following objectives:

• Explore and enhance your leadership capabilities.
• Expand your perspectives that increase coherence and collaboration within your organization.
• Gain insights to break patterns and set goals for your leadership development journey.
• Discover personal and professional balance through alignment by learning to dance between management and leadership roles and responsibilities.
