Meet Your Speaker
Dr. Perkins has over 42 years of human capital experience and 21 years as a SHRM faculty member. He helped develop the professional content for the People Analytics, Inclusive Workplace Culture (IWC), and Internal Investigations courses/credentials with the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM). In addition to general HR certifications, he holds an advanced employment law certificate from IAML. He has presented and provided innovative people solutions to executive teams and audiences in over 40 countries, every U.S. state, and all its territories. He has held HR leadership roles with the U.S. Air Force, ActOne, EDS, and AonHewitt, to name a few. Lastly, he is the author of the diversity framework, DARNSCARSforDiversity™, an intentionally-inclusive paradigm for contemporary diversity, equity, and inclusion work.
