Sexual harassment in the workplace is a pervasive problem in the U.S.  While most employees believe their employers take sexual harassment seriously, only a small percentage of women strongly agree that their employer properly handled harassment incidents.

Sexual harassment not only jeopardizes the victim’s mental, physical, and emotional health, it has a bottom-line impact on our organizations.  Harassing behavior in the workplace costs companies millions of dollars in lost productivity and legal costs.

Join us on February 1st as our VP of Legislative Affairs, Michael Pangelinan, will refresh our understanding of the laws preventing sexual harassment and provide training on identifying harassing behaviors, how to prevent the occurrence of these behaviors, and what to do if these behaviors are reported in your workplace.

Please join us for this informative briefing.  We look forward to seeing you there!
