    We are pleased to announce that Keith Sonderling, the U.S. Department of Labor Acting Administrator, Wage and Hour Division, will be present to address the SHRM Guam Chapter. Mr. Sonderling will also provide employers with information on the Proposed 541 Salary Rule Change as well as the PAID Program.
