Attorney Meredith Sayre, Camacho Calvo Law Group LLC and VP of Programs Shaun Murphy, SHRM Guam Chapter will discuss Sexual Harassment at our April Breakfast Briefing. One of the most common employee complaints, sexual harassment is problematic for supervisors and managers, and a liability for the business. Our sexual harassment breakfast briefing will cover the law, basic principles and take a deeper look into the EEOC Task Force on how there is a shift in the application of the law. The role of the supervisor is key on fostering a safe and productive work environment by training employees on what is considered sexual harassment, prevention training, and what to do if they see or experience sexual harassment.
