Workers Compensation 101 will provide a basic overview of the Workers Compensation system. Geri Diaz, Esq. will review how the system works, how claims are filed, the benefits available to injured workers and strategies to resolve these claims.
This program is valid for 2 PDCs toward SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP recertification and 1.5 PDC towards PHR or SPHR recertification.
