We are pleased and honored to have Patrick Candoleta, Guam Representative with the US Department of Labor (USDOL) to be the presenter at the SHRM July 6, 2016 Breakfast Briefing Session.
As many have been anticipating changes in the FLSA White Collar Overtime Exemption rules, Mr. Candoleta will be providing guidance on the new rules that will be effective on December 1, 2016.
Address questions that attendees have regarding the changes in the new overtime ruling, interpretation of the new rules, guidance on how to implement the new rules, and outcomes if not implemented properly.
Provide updates on other Wage & Hour rules that affect Guam and recent claims that have been closed to provide learning opportunities to avoid so that your organization does not find themselves in that same situation.
