We are pleased and honored to have Glory Gervacio Saure, Director of the Honolulu US Equal Employment Opportunity Commission Office (EEOC) be the presenter at the June 8, 2016 Breakfast Briefing.
Ms. Gervacio Saure will provide the latest updates on EEOC Laws & Best Practices in Investigations.
She will cover the following topics:
- How to conduct an effective EEO investigation and avoid common pitfalls with employers.
- Review recent court decisions and its impact on employer’s obligations as time permits with best practices with LGBT, retaliation, criminal background (court and/or arrest records).
