US Department of Labor Open Forum
Sometimes there are questions left unanswered or unclear related to the US Department of Labor (US DOL) topics such as back or holiday pay, overtime in relation to a service charge, meal periods, job sharing, dispute resolution or collective bargaining.
Patrick Candoleta, Assistant District Director Guam & CNMI-US Department of Labor: Wage & Hour Division, and his team will conduct an open forum to clarify or answer your questions. Your questions can be submitted in advance to shrm.guam.chapter@gmail.com on or before July 29, 2014. Your email subject should read "USDOL QUESTIONS".
In addition, Dr. Richard Colfax will provide an informative presentation on the New SHRM Certification Program and the University of Guam SHRM Student Chapter will give a short presentation on their attendance at the SHRM 2014 Annual Conference.
