Mr. Philip Marlowe, of the Office of Federal Contracts Compliance Programs (OFCCP) will discuss the importance of establishing effective relationship between the businesses and Guam's linkage agencies - Guam Department of Labor, Guam Employment Agency (GES), Women's Affairs, Department of Integrated Services for Individuals with Disabilities (DISID) and other organizations. These linkages are particularly important in regards to compliance to federal and local contracts. This is an opportunity for companies to meet the agency representatives and receive information on establishing communications, working relationship and procedures for a mutually beneficial referral processes.
