In a 5 to 4 majority, the US Supreme Court overturned a law that denied federal benefits to same sex couples. In a separate earlier ruling, the Supreme Court upheld PPACA, commonly known as Obamacare. The Government of Guam recently announced that domestic partners are now eligible for health insurance coverage.
SHRM Guam Chapter is pleased to host a Breakfast Briefing to answer questions you may have regarding the impact of Supreme Court rulings on federal benefits and Obamacare.
