Johnny C. Taylor, SHRM-SCP, President and CEO of SHRM, will discuss Engaging in Your Workforce and how shaping your workforce is the Future of Human Resources.

Bianca Rehmer, Sr. Manager, Indeed.com Asia Pacific Region, as Indeed’s Sr. Manager for the East Region & Recruitment Evangelist, Bianca helps companies target and find critical talent by helping them better understand online search and how to optimize their recruiting practices. She works with clients to analyze data on the latest recruitment trends and help them optimize their performance on Indeed.

Prior to joining Indeed, Bianca spent over 10 years in the Healthcare recruitment industry and worked with some of the largest healthcare systems around the world, both in client relationship management and leading recruitment teams.

Dan Dorr, International Speaker, Coach & Senior Corporate Facilitator, will tackle the topic of “Being an Authentic Leader in an Inauthentic World: The Brains and Brawn of Authentic Leadership.” Based on a platform of collaboration, self-discovery and emotional intelligence, Dan will lead us on a journey built upon self-reflection, discussion and interaction to understand how change and inclusion affect the workplace.  You will be provided the opportunity to explore the various dimensions of mindsets and behaviors, both supportive and limiting, and ways to make workplaces more effective, engaging and inspiring!
