This breakfast briefing will present an overview of what it entails to recruit, interview and on-board an employee here on Guam. We will look at some of the different recruitment techniques that are currently being used, a listing of do's and don'ts of interviewing as well as requirements for pre-employment and on-boarding new employees to name a few. As the presentation will cover certain topics, it will be interactive to help draw out questions or concerns that the audience may want to address or receive advice on.
